Refunds

If you cannot make the booking and you need a refund? No Problem.

Here’s how -

Please state the name of the booking, contact number and amount of the ticket.

Refund policy.

Generally, if the ticket booking is more than 14 days before the event booking date, we offer a no-quibble full refund: fare and square.

If you cancel the booking within 14 days of the big event, we ask to deduct 25% to pay the cost of the bands and entertainment. Only applicable to Big Events.

Appeals - If you feel you are being hard done by and it’s not your fault you had to cancel, then tell us and make your case to the secretary as above and the committee will vote on the merits of the refund. Sound fair enough?
