Stewards are urgently required for the following meets planned:
We require stewards for the last week of Uppertown Farm 10th August until 18th August and Stewards for the first week of Darley Dale for our Temporary Holiday site.
We require stewards for our weekend meet at Hollington End Farm July 12th-14th 2019.
If you are interested in stewarding a Meet or Temporary Holiday Site and planning to attend one anyway, why don’t you volunteer to steward and get your sites fees paid by the club? If you steward 3 or more meets you’ll also get a free ticket to Rewind or Bonfire night or another weekend meet.
It’s not a huge ask, the committee have done the hard work planning and leading activities, booking the meet and making sure everything is in place. We need your help to take money on arrival, direct to the facilities and show people where to pitch.
